Step 1: Choose Your Options

  • Hats: Pick your hat color and preferred patch shape.
  • Tumblers: Select your size and color.
  • Wallets: Choose your finish.
  • Refer to our Product Gallery (the images at the top) to see our Font Chart and Wickett & Craig Leather colors.

Step 2: Upload or Type Your Design

Use the provided fields to give us your custom details:

  • For Logos: Click the "Upload File" button to send us your artwork. We prefer high-resolution PNG, SVG, or PDF files. (Please avoid screenshots!)
  • For Text: If you want a name or phrase, type it into the "Custom Text" box. Make sure to include your Font # from our chart (e.g., "Evans - Font #4").

Step 3: Quality Check & Approval

Review your spelling one last time! Once you check the "Customization Approval" box and place your order, our team will:

  1. Review your file: If your logo is too blurry to engrave clearly, we will email you within 24 hours.
  2. Handcraft your item: We use Lone Star Dura-Bull adhesive and precision laser tech to build your gear to last.

Tumblers (Laser Engraved)

  • Hand Wash Recommended: To preserve the vacuum seal and the finish, please hand wash only.
  • Avoid Abrasives: Do not use steel wool or harsh scrubbing pads on the engraved area.
  • Not Microwave Safe: Stainless steel and microwaves don't mix!

Slate Coasters

  • Wipe Clean: Use a damp cloth to remove spills.
  • Natural Stone: Slate is durable but can chip if dropped on hard surfaces.
  • Avoid Oils: Oily foods may stain the natural stone surface.

Aluminum Minimalist Wallets

  • Easy Clean: Wipe with a microfiber cloth and a drop of rubbing alcohol to remove fingerprints or smudges.
  • Scratch Prevention: While the finish is tough, avoid carrying it in the same pocket as loose jagged keys to keep the engraving crisp.

Leather Patch & Embroidered Hats

  • Spot Clean Only: Do not put custom hats in the dishwasher or washing machine.
  • Patch Care: If the leather patch gets wet, let it air dry naturally. Do not apply high heat (like a blow dryer), as it may warp the leather or weaken the adhesive.
  • Thread Care: If a thread pulls on the embroidery, snip it carefully with scissors; do not pull it.

📋 Custom Order & Return Policy

1. Accuracy is Key

Please double-check all spelling, initials, and uploaded files before completing your purchase. Because we begin production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is submitted.

2. No Returns on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our tumblers, slate coasters, wallets, and hats, all custom sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Customer typos or spelling errors.
  • Incorrect font or color selection.
  • Low-resolution or blurry uploads provided by the customer.

3. Our Quality Guarantee

If we make a mistake on our end (e.g., we engraved "Smith" when you typed "Smyth"), or if your item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately!

4. Natural Variations

  • Slate: As a natural stone, each coaster may have unique edges and textures.
  • Leather: Leather patches may vary slightly in grain and "burn" color, making every hat truly one-of-a-kind.
