All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Custom items (engraved tumblers, hats, apparel, etc.) may require additional production time. If there is any delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates
We use tiered, weight-based shipping to keep costs fair and accurate:

• Light Items (0–8 oz): $5.95

• Standard Items (8.1–32 oz): $9.95

• Heavy Orders (32.1–80 oz): $12.95

• Free Shipping on orders $75+

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping Methods
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on what provides the fastest and most cost-effective option.

Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Crafted Chaos Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We offer free local pickup in Napoleon, Ohio.

How It Works

1. Select Local Pickup at checkout.

2. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

3. A text message will also be sent to arrange a pickup time.

4. Pickup is available by appointment only — we will coordinate a time that works for you.
